Q: Why do you call yourself CompareSoft?
A: First, we strongly believe that many professional software titles are overpriced and overvalued; 90% of people would be happy with a slightly down-sized (and less expensive) version of their favorite application. As such, we invite you to compare each of our products to their respective competitors. Time after time, when you compare, you'll find the only thing you lose by switching to a CompareSoft product is your sense of sticker shock. Novices and professionals alike will appreciate the clean, simple-yet-powerful design of each of our products; they are a welcome and useful addition to any work flow.Q: What do you mean by "both Mac and Windows"?
A: Most CompareSoft products include both Macintosh OS X and WindowsXP compatible versions on the install CD. You're not locked in to a platform, and if you have both Windows and Mac you can install the same product on both computers that you own.
Q: Just exactly what do you mean when you say these programs are compatible with the industry leaders?
A: All CompareSoft products can work with the most popular file formats in their respective fields: Compare Photo ComparePhoto supports both Adobe Photoshop PSD and Adobe PDF, as well as the web-standard formats GIF, JPEG, and PNG; Compare Office can open Word Perfect and Microsoft Office files (including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint); Compare Web works with the latest web standards and formats including style sheets (CSS) and live news feeds (RSS); CompareWeb can import a variety of different graphic formats, and exports to PDF 1.3, a favorite standard format among professional printing bureaus.Q: How can you deliver on quality at such low prices?

Payment
What are my payment options?
- We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard credit cards. By purchasing with your credit card, transactions are quicker and easier. As you are charged immediately, it enables us to send your order as quickly as possible.
Who will appear on my credit card statement?
- Our company name “Sellerbyte” will appear on all credit card statements.
What currency will I be charged?
- All orders are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are using a foreign account the purchase amount will be converted to your local currency. Depending on your credit card provider, exchange fees may apply (call your provider to find out).
Will I be charged Tax or GST?
- Orders made from Australia will include 10% GST
- Orders made from countries outside of Australia will include any taxes that are relevant to the country of origin.

How is my order shipped?

- All orders within Australia are sent by Courier. Orders require a signature on delivery and can be tracked throughout the delivery process.
International
- All International orders are sent via Courier service. Orders require a signature on delivery and can be tracked throughout the delivery process.
How much does shipping cost?

- Shipping costs $6.00 to anywhere within Australia.
International

Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and shipping carrier selected. The shipping cost can be calculated on the order page.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
- Click here to contact us by email or by phone during business hours Monday to Friday AEST.
- We can track all orders throughout the delivery process so we will be able to find out the exact location of your order.
Returns and Refund Policy
You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:
- Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
- Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
- Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
- Do not do the job as you were led to believe.
You are not entitled to a refund if you:
- simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
- realise you can't afford the goods;
- found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
- chose the wrong size or colour;
- knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
- were responsible for causing the fault.
Terms & Conditions
- CompareSoft will exchange or refund a product if it is returned to us in it's original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay freight costs.
- Defective products will be replaced with the original product purchased. For products that cannot be replaced. a full refund will be provided. CompareSoft will pay freight.
- All return requests must be lodged with the CompareSoft help center within 14 days of delivery.
How to Contact the Help Center
- If a problem arises with your product you can contact the CompareSoft Help Center to receive technical support or receive a returns authorization number. You must obtain a returns authorization number before attempting to return a product to us.
- You need to call CompareSoft within 14 days of receiving the product on our customer service number or by email. We will evaluate your return request and issue you with a returns authorization number if appropriate. We will also provide you with return address details.
